Membership Details

Membership dues are paid annually and cover the calendar year from January 1 to December 31.  Membership dues pay for everything the association needs to function. 

REAA Members

The annual dues for alumni, supporters, and industry partners is $55 per year.

New Alumni (Recent Graduates)

Recent UW-Stout Real Estate Property Management graduates are offered a complimentary REAA membership for the remainder of the calendar year following their graduation.

UW-Stout Students

Students in the REPM program or any other program with interest in real estate are welcome to attend any of our member events.  Reach out the Student IREM Club presidents or email us to receive more information.
